Captain Buff

Chef To be truly Buff, you have to be physically Buff, and that starts by eating right. A Buff day starts with a Buff breakfast. Skim milk, an egg or two, and dry whole wheat toast. Buff can't survive on Sugary Puffs and fruit drink. Fill out the day with Buff lunch and Buff dinner (think: lean meat). Your body is a temple. Don't let the carbs, sugar and fat invade your Buffness and desecrate it. The recipes on the right are designed for your personal Buffness.
