Smoked Chicken BBQ On Flatbread

Chef BBQ chicken on whole wheat flatbread. Yes it is quick and it is lean.

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
1 whole wheat ready-made flatbread
1/4 cup Rotel Mexican Lime & Cilantro diced tomatoes
3/4 cup grilled hickory smoked chicken diced
2 tbsp sliced green onions
1 tsp chopped cilantro
3 tbsp grated, part skim mozzarella cheese

PREPARATION

Spread the Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce on the flatbread. Top with the tomatoes, grilled chicken, green onion, cilantro, and mozzarella. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 minutes. I like to use a preheated pizza stone. Makes 1 serving
